Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Listing Requirements, LHI wishes to announce that the Company has on 14 May 2019 offered a total of 36,414,000 ESOS Options to the eligible directors and employees of the LHI Group, further details of which are set out in Section 4.2.5 of the Prospectus.
