We refer to the query letter dated 11 July 2006 received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to the above article appearing in The Edge, front page, on Monday, 10 July 2006, in particular, the following: -
“…DiGi buying into Time”,
DiGi wishes to inform that it is not aware of the basis for the references made to DiGi and clarify that it is not currently in discussions with any parties on structural solutions as suggested by the abovesaid article.

July 2006, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence
which is reproduced as follows :
