Originating Summons to invalidate the Statutory Notice via Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC-688-12/2019


JCSB and Skyscape had on 22 January 2020 entered into a consent judgment wherein the Originating Summons Proper is withdrawn with no order as to costs and Skyscape undertakes not to act on the Statutory Notice dated 2 December 2019 to initiate a winding up petition against JCSB.
