We refer to the announcement made on 3 February 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

On behalf of TFP, TA Securities wishes to announce that Section 9 of Page 22 of the Announcement should read as follows:

There are no other corporate exercise which has been announced but not yet completed. The Proposed Issue of Free Warrants is conditional upon the Proposed Private Placement but not vice versa. The Proposed Private Placement and the Proposed Issue of Free Warrants are not inter-conditional upon each other. The Proposals are not inter-conditional upon any other corporate proposal undertaken or to be undertaken by the Company.
