Reference is made to the following:-

1) The announcement released by the Company on 17 March 2020 in relation to the Notice of the Second Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company to be held at Meeting Room of the Company, 1384 Atas Lot 841, Mukim 1,Jalan Tasek, 14120 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang on 16 April 2020  at 11.00 a.m. 

2) Our Prime Minister, Yang Amat Berhormat Tan Sri Dato’ Haji Muhyiddin bin Haji Mohd Yassin had on 16 March 2020 announced that a Movement Control Order (“MCO”) will be imposed effective from 18 March 2020 to 31 March 2020 to contain the COVID-19 outbreak. Subsequently, our Prime Minister announced that the MCO is being extended for another 14 days to 14 April 2020.

In view of the above, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform its shareholders that the 2nd AGM shall be deferred to a later date which will be notified in due course.
