We refer to Asia Poly's announcements dated 27 February 2020, 12 May 2020, 28 May 2020, 8 July 2020 and 25 August 2020 in relation to the Disposal. Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those previously defined in Asia Poly's circular to shareholders dated 12 May 2020 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Asia Poly, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent set out in the Disposal SSA have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the Disposal SSA has become unconditional on 25 September 2020.
