The Board of Directors ("Board") of ES wishes to announce that subsequent to the Bonus Issue of 224,978,097 Ordinary Shares in ES on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 1 existing Ordinary Share in ES held as at 5.00 p.m. on 15 October 2020, the option price and number of unexercised options pursuant to the Long Term Incentive Plan – Employees’ Share Option Scheme ("ESOS") of ES have been adjusted in accordance with the Bylaws governing the existing options granted under the ESOS as follows:-
