Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Lee Swee Kiat Group Berhad is pleased to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, LSK Mattress Marketing Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 199501036750 (365952-V)] ("LSKM") has on 9 December 2020 entered into a Distribution Agreement with Cuckoo International (MAL) Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 201401026804 (1102894-H)] in relation to a proposed collaboration in setting-up, market and distribution of LSKM’s products which CUCKOO can market the Products in Malaysia via the concept of Rental Based Business Model.
