Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 6 October 2020 in relation to the MOU between Presto Pay Sdn Bhd (“PRPMY”) and Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd (“PMPSB”) (“Announcement”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Company wishes to inform that both PRPMY and PMPSB are still in negotiation to finalise the definitive agreement. Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly. All provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.
