In accordance with Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”), the Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (“BCorp”) wishes to announce the moneylending activities (which forms part of the ordinary course of business) of its subsidiary, Prime Credit Leasing Berhad for the financial period ended 31 December 2020. There is no provision of financial assistance during this quarter.

2) Inter-Pacific Management Sdn Bhd

In accordance with Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”), the Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (“BCorp”) wishes to announce the moneylending activities (which forms part of the ordinary course of business) of its subsidiary, Inter-Pacific Management Sdn Bhd for the financial period ended 31 December 2020 as per Table 1 attached.
