Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 18 February 2021 pertaining to the update on the status of Memorandum of Understanding between Advancecon Solar and Solarvest Energy.

The Board of Directors of Solarvest wishes to announce further information in relation to the Project, as follows:-

1. The date of commencement for the development and operation of the solar PV system on the rooftops and building-integrated photovoltaics under the net energy metering scheme for Oon Corp Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd. was 23 March 2020.

2. The date of commencement for the development and operation of the rooftops solar PV system under the net energy metering scheme for Prominent Image Sdn Bhd was 14 September 2020.
