BONUS ISSUE OF SHARES

 (All abbreviations used in this announcement are defined in the announcement dated 15 December 2020 and Company’s Circular dated 21 January 2021)

 

On behalf of the Board of Solarvest, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Bonus Issue of Shares is completed following the listing of and quotation of the following securities on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities on 24 March 2021:

 

(I)  211,317,673 Bonus Shares have been issued arising from the Bonus Issue of Shares; and

 

(II) 52,821,364 new additional Warrants 2021/2026 arising from the adjustment to the number of outstanding Warrants 2021/2026 pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares.

 

The notice of warrantholders will be despatched to all respective holders of Warrants 2021/2026 to provide warrantholders on information relating to the adjustment.
