Reference is made to the announcement relating to the Proposed Acquisition of the Property dated 5 March 2021.

 

The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the Manager of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the Trustee has, on behalf of Axis-REIT, completed the Proposed Acquisition of the Property situated at Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan from FIW Steel Sdn. Bhd.

 

The acquisition of the Property has been completed today in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 5 March 2021.

 

This announcement is dated 31 March 2021.
