Reference is made to the announcements dated 13 August 2020 and 2 November 2020 in relation to the Private Placement, M&A Securities, on behalf of the Board wishes to announce that it had on 8 April 2021 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time of 6 months up to 2 November 2021 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
