The Board of Directors of BVLH (“Board”) wishes to announce that BV Properties Sdn Bhd (“BVPSB” or “the Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 29 July 2021 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Mr. Lee Kian Huat (“the Vendor”) to acquire one (1) parcel of freehold vacant land, held under the individual title Geran No 326779, Lot 15954, Pekan Mukim Kapar, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan measuring approximately 3.635 hectares in area (“the Property”) for a total cash consideration of RM4,632,516.70 (“Purchase Price”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
