We refer to the previous announcements made in relation to the Placement (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that the Placement has been completed on 17 September 2021 following the expiry of the Subscription Agreement on even date, being 12 months from the CP Fulfilment Date. The Company also wishes to inform that a total of 15,500,000 Placement Shares have been subscribed and the Company has raised total proceeds of RM10,953,750 from the Placement.
