The Board of Directors of NETX Holdings Berhad (“NETX” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that First United Technology Ltd (“FUTL”), a subsidiary of the Company, had on 15 September 2021 acquired 80,000,000 ordinary shares of MLABS Systems Berhad (“MLABS”) from the open market, representing 5.52% of the total issued share capital of MLABS, for a total purchase consideration of approximately RM3,600,000 (“Investment”). In connection therewith, the Company and FUTL are deemed to be a substantial shareholders of MLABS on 15 September 2021.
