We refer to the announcements dated 14 July 2021, 30 July 2021, 30 September 2021 and 7 October 2021 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

The Board wishes to announce that the shareholders have approved the Proposals at the EGM held on even date. Accordingly, the following has been effected on 22 October 2021:

  • variation of the utilisation of proceeds raised from the private placement which was completed on 2 June 2021 to the current intended utilisation; and
  • diversification of the existing business of the Company to include Gloves and Condoms Business.
