PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO TWENTY PERCENT (20%) OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES IN JETSON ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company’s announcement dated 2 June 2021 in relation to the Private Placement.)

 

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 2 June 2021 and its subsequent announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Jetson, KAF Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price for the thirteenth tranche of the Private Placement comprising 2,000,000 Placement Shares at RM0.25 per Placement Share. The said issue price of RM0.25 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 8.32% from the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of Jetson Shares up to and including 2 December 2021 of approximately RM0.2727 per Jetson Share.
