Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 September 2021, 9 November 2021 and 18 November 2021 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal has been completed on 8 December 2021 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA. Following the completion of the Proposed Disposal, the Disposal Companies have ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company.
