Further to the announcements made on 22 October, 2021, 3 November, 2021 and 6 December, 2021, the Board of Directors of Wellcall wishes to announce that the actual value of the Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPT") transacted between Wellcall Hose Sdn. Bhd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Wellcall, and Global Rubber Industry (M) Sdn. Bhd., the related party, pursuant to the existing shareholders' mandate obtained at the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting (“15th AGM”) held on 22 February, 2021 has further exceeded the estimated value of RRPT as disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 22 January, 2021 by more than 10%.
