Pursuant to Rule 9.19(27) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of FINTEC is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Asiabio Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“ABC”), and the Company have on 27 December 2021 ceased to be a substantial shareholder of AT Systematization Berhad (“ATS”) due to the disposal of 50,000,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 18.41% of ABC’s total shareholdings in ATS) in open market. Subsequent to the cessation date, ABC had disposed an additional 150,551,800 ordinary shares in open market within the period from 28 December 2021 to 12 January 2022.

As of the announcement date, the indirect shareholdings of FINTEC and direct shareholdings of ABC in ATS are 71,048,200 ordinary shares or equity interest of 1.31% respectively.
