Further to the announcement of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("the Company") dated 7th February 2022 in relation to the Company's acceptance of letter of award amounting to RM10,830,000.00 from Bank Simpanan Nasional ("BSN"), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide the following additional information:-

1. The project is a one-time outright purchase order from BSN.  

2. The Company does not anticipate any material risk with respect to the project. However, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the disruptions faced in shipping and logistics, there may be a potential risk in deployment delay of the Cash Recycling Machines (CRMs).
