The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Group's prospects for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 ("FY2022") is expecting to benefit from the banks' ongoing transformation and take-up of new services.

The highly recurring nature of OpenSys' business model resulted in net profit maintaining at RM11.0 million in the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2021, driven by steady contributions from the solutions and service segment. 

The Company declared a first interim dividend of 0.30 sen per ordinary share to be paid on 15 March 2022 in respect of FY2022.
