The Board of Directors of Solarvest is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Atlantic Blue Sdn. Bhd. (“ABSB”) had on 10 March 2022 entered into an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning ("EPCC") contract with Teja 2 Sdn. Bhd. in relation to the appointment of ABSB as the EPCC Contractor for the development of a large scale solar photovoltaic energy generating facility with a capacity of 10 MWac at Mukim Teja, Daerah Kampar, Perak to generate and deliver solar photovoltaic energy to Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) through TNB Interconnection Facility at PPU Pasir Pinji.
