Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 29 August 2017, 30 August 2017, 29 May 2019, 10 June 2019, 6 February 2020, 2 November 2020, 29 June 2021, 20 December 2021, 14 January 2022 and 19 January 2022 (“Previous Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings stated in the Previous Announcements.

Subsequent to the hearing held on 11 March 2022, the Company wishes to announce that a continued hearing has been fixed on 20 April 2022.
