The Board of Directors of Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad (“Aneka Jaringan”) wishes to inform that the sponsorship of Aneka Jaringan had been transferred from AIBB to AIS with effect from 1 April 2022.

AIBB had on 2 December 2021 entered into a conditional business sale and purchase agreement with Phillip Futures Sdn Bhd. In connection thereto, AIBB had also on 2 December 2021 entered into a conditional business sale and purchase agreement with AIS for the transfer of AIBB’s corporate finance, equity capital markets and debt capital markets business (excluding all non-Shariah compliant mandates) to AIS. Following the completion of the aforementioned transactions, the sponsorship of Aneka Jaringan is transferred to AIS, and AIS is the replacement Sponsor of Aneka Jaringan with effect from 1 April 2022.
