PLACEMENT OF UP TO 163,398,700 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN PMAH ("PMAH SHARES"), REPRESENTING APPROXIMATELY 2.0% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED PMAH SHARES ("PLACEMENT")

We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 21 March 2022, 22 March 2022, 23 March 2022, 29 March 2022 and 7 April 2022 in relation to the Placement.
