ATLAN HOLDINGS BHD. ("AHB" OR "COMPANY") -  UPDATE ON THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN THE ZON JOHOR BAHRU AND REVOCATION OF KELANA MEGAH SDN BHD ("KMSB") AGREEMENT. KMSB IS A SUBSIDIARY COMPANY OF DUTY FREE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ("DFIL"), WHICH IN TURN A SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY.

The Board of AHB wishes to announce that DFIL has on 8 April 2022 made an announcement in respect of the update on the proposed disposal of certain properties in the Zon Johor Bahru and revocation of KMSB Agreement.

 

A copy of DFIL’s announcement dated 8 April 2022 to Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on the update on the proposed disposal of certain properties in the Zon Johor Bahru and revocation of KMSB Agreement is attached herein for easy reference.
