ATLAN HOLDINGS BHD. ("AHB" OR "COMPANY") - UPDATE ON THE NOTICE OF EXPIRY OF WARRANTS BY A SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY, DUTY FREE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ("DFIL")

Further to the announcement made on 11 April 2022 pertaining to the Notice of Expiry of Warrants by a subsidiary of the Company, Duty Free International Limited (“DFIL”), the Board of AHB wishes to announce that DFIL has on 12 April 2022 made an announcement to Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) to update the Warrantholders that the trading of the Warrants will cease with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 9 May 2022, instead of 17 May 2022.

 

A copy of DFIL’s announcement dated 12 April 2022 to SGX-ST on the Notice of expiry of Warrants is attached herein for easy reference.
