The Board of Directors of AbleGroup Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate at the forthcoming 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

A circular to shareholders containing information on the Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
