The Board of Directors of Sunzen wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek approval from its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened at a date, which will be notified later, for the Proposal.


The details of the Proposal will be set out in the Share Buy-Back Statement and the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Sunzen that will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
