Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 25 August 2021, 12 November 2021 and 23 February 2022 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between the Company and Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd ("SCSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Signature International Berhad.

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. 

TAFI Industries Berhad (“TAFI” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that there is no material development pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between TAFI and Signature Cabinet Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Signature International Berhad.
