On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”) wishes to announce that Lim Say Soon and Lim Say Peng (collectively referred to as the “Promoters”) had vide a letter dated 25 May 2022 (“Proposal Letter”) requested the Board to consider undertaking a voluntary withdrawal of Amlex’s listing from the official list of the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“LEAP Market”) pursuant to Rules 8.05 and 8.06 of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”) (“Proposed Withdrawal of Listing”).
