(“AJSB”), had on 26 May 2022 received and had on the even date accepted the Letter of Award from Kayangan Kemas Sdn. Bhd. (“Employer”) dated 6 May 2022 (“Letter of Award”), to be a sub-contractor to complete the piling works and sub-structure works.
