Bonus issue of 295,955,000 warrants in Aneka Jaringan Holdings Berhad ("Aneka") ("Warrant(s)") on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 2 existing ordinary shares in Aneka held at 5.00 p.m. on 17 June 2022 ("Entitlement Date")
Kindly be advised of the following :
1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 16 Jun 2022
2) The last date of lodgment : 17 Jun 2022
Remarks :
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application of the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
The notices of allotment for the Warrants will be issued and dispatched to all entitled shareholders of Aneka prior to the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
