[Registration No.: 202001028493 (1384813-T)], a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ta Win, had on 16 June 2022 entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Poly Laboratories Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 198901005904 (183209-X)] and Jelita Serbaneka Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 201501025756 (1151079-K)] for the disposal of Three Million Eight Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand One Hundred and Ninety Seven (3,897,197) ordinary shares of the issued share capital of Royce Pharma Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 200401011932 (650435-X)], for a total disposal consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Million Eight Hundred and Fifty Thousand (RM20,850,000.00) Only.
