Sime Darby Plantation Berhad (SDP or the Company) wishes to announce changes to the composition of the following Board Committees of SDP:
(i) Sustainability Committee (SC)
The retirement of Encik Zainal Abidin Jamal and appointment of Datuk Seri Dr Nik Norzrul Thani N. Hassan Thani as a new member of the SC of the Company with effect from 16 June 2022.
Following the changes, the new composition of the SC of SDP is as follows:

(ii) Board Tender Committee (BTC)
The retirement of Encik Zainal Abidin Jamal, resignation of Ms Tan Ting Min, and appointments of Datuk Seri Dr Nik Norzrul Thani N. Hassan Thani as the new Chairman and Datuk Mohd Anwar Yahya as a new Member of the BTC of the Company with effect from 16 June 2022.
