In compliance with the Company's obligations under the MMLR, the Board of Directors of Anzo wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 13 June 2022, granted the Company a further extension of time until 31 October 2022 to submit the regularization plan to Bursa Securities.
The Company has approximately 4 months to submit its regularization plan to the relevant authorities for approval and will make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
