We refer to the announcements dated 27 January 2022, 28 January 2022, 7 February 2022, 10 February 2022, 22 March 2022, 28 March 2022, 30 March 2022, 21 April 2022, 26 April 2022, 13 June 2022 and 17 June 2022 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Board has on 12 July 2022 (“Price-fixing Date”) fixed the issue price for the Placement Shares at RM0.0496 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”).

The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately RM0.0055 or 9.98% to the 5D-VWAP of the MUI Shares up to and including 8 July 2022, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-fixing Date, of RM0.0551 per MUI Share.
