Reference is made to the Company's announcement made on 10 March 2022 in relation to the Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) between T.A. Furniture Industries Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, with Duthai Trading Sdn Bhd (“DTSB”) to dispose an industrial premises comprising a single storey detached factory and a guard house erected thereon of a freehold Individual Title held under GM 190, Lot 288, Mukim Sungai Raya, District of Muar, State of Johor measuring approximately 0.9054 hectares for a cash sale consideration of RM9,000,000.00 (“Announcement”).

The Board of Directors of TAFI Industries Berhad wishes to announce that the Disposal is deemed completed following the receipt of the balance of the cash sale consideration in respect of the Disposal by TAFISB from DTSB.
