Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 15 July 2022 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of LICB (“Board”) wishes to announce that following the Notice served by AMSB to Yinson on 15 July 2022, AMSB had on 29 July 2022 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Yinson in such form mutually agreed between AMSB and Yinson as annexed in the Lease Agreement (“Sale and Purchase Agreement”) for the proposed acquisition of a piece of leasehold industrial land measuring approximately 3.23 hectares (or 7.98 acres) in area located in Klang, Selangor together with buildings erected thereon (“Property”) for a purchase consideration of approximately RM47.13 million (“Purchase Consideration”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
