The Board of Directors of Amlex wishes to announce that on 23 August 2022, Amlex Technology Sdn Bhd,  a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amlex has entered into a sale and purchase agreement  with The Penang Development Corporation for the purchase of a piece of leasehold industrial land situated at Daerah Seberang Perai Selatan and forming part of Mukim 13, Batu Kawan Industrial Park containing an area of 2.1666 acres (0.8768 hectare) for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Five Million Six Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Six (RM5,662,626.00) only (“Acquisition”).
