We refer to the announcements made on 5 May 2022, 11 May 2022, 28 June 2022, 12 July 2022 and 29 August 2022 in relation to, among others, the Acquisition (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
