We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 25 February 2022, 4, 16, 18 March 2022 and 4 April 2022 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 1 September 2022 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of three (3) months from 15 September 2022 up to 14 December 2022 to implement and complete the Private Placement (“Application”). The Application is subject to the approval of Bursa Securities and the outcome shall be announced in due course.
