Further to the Company’s announcements made on 5 August 2022 and 9 August 2022 pertaining to the notice of proposed decision issued by the MyCC, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that LFM had requested for an extension of time for the submission of written representations and subsequently, MyCC had via its letter dated 2 September 2022, granted LFM an extension of time until 12.00 p.m. on 21 October 2022. 

Further announcement will be made as and when there is material development on the above matter.
