The Board of Directors of Paos Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek  the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Renewal Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened at a later date.

A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Renewal Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
