1. The breakdown of the sources of funding for the Acquisition between internally generated funds and bank borrowings. 2. The names of the Landowners and BSSB’s directors and substantial shareholders together with their respective direct and/or indirect shareholdings. 3. Particulars of all liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by PeterLabs Holdings Berhad/PeterLabs Sdn Bhd., arising from the Acquisition. 4. The existing and proposed use of the Property. If currently let out or is proposed to be let out, the details of the rentals and the rental income or expected rental income per month or per annum. 5. Encumbrances on the Property, if any. 6. Effect of the Acquisition on gearing of the group. 7. The prospects of the Property. 8. The risks in relation to the Acquisition including risk factors of the Property. 9. Where the Property is in the process of being developed or is intended to be developed, the following additional details: (a) the details of development potential, i.e. name of the project, type of development - residential, industrial or commercial, number of units in respect of each type of development; (b) the total development cost. (c) the expected commencement and completion date(s) of development. (d) the gross development value. (e) the stage or percentage of completion. (f) the sources of funds to finance the development cost; and (g) whether relevant approvals for the development have been obtained and date(s) obtained. 10. Quantification of the value based on evaluation undertaken by the bank. 11. The estimated timeline to complete the Acquisition.
