The Board of Directors of KNM Group Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the bilateral discussion with CGIF to fulfill CGIF's demand notice dated 15 December 2021 is still ongoing. The Company will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there is material development in relation thereof.
