Reference is made to the announcement dated 20 April 2022 in relation to the voluntary winding up of PT Patisindo Sawit (PTPS), a subsidiary of FGV Johor Bulkers Sdn Bhd held through Felda Holdings Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of FGV Holdings Berhad (FGV).

The Board of Directors of FGV wishes to update that PTPS was dissolved on 9 August 2022 as per confirmation letter received from Kementerian Hukum Dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum, received on 5 October 2022.
